By creating an account or using AXE CAT you agree to these terms.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for your credentials and all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and be at least 18 years old.

3. Wallet and payments

Orders are paid from your wallet balance. Deposits are credited only after manual verification. Balances are not interest-bearing and are non-transferable except as described in the referral program.

4. Orders

You must provide valid, public links and comply with the rules of the social platforms you promote on. We do not guarantee specific results, delivery speed or retention unless a service explicitly states a guarantee. Starting counts and speeds are estimates provided by third-party providers.

5. Refunds

See the Refund Policy. Canceled or failed orders are refunded to your wallet.

6. Prohibited use

You may not use the service for unlawful activity, to promote prohibited content, to abuse referral or refund systems, or to attempt to compromise the platform.

7. Suspension

We may suspend accounts that breach these terms or show fraudulent activity.

8. Limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the affected order.

9. Changes

We may update these terms; continued use means acceptance.
