Frequently asked questions
You add funds to your wallet through one of our payment methods. When you place an order, the exact charge is deducted from your wallet. Your balance can never go negative.
Deposits are reviewed manually. After you submit the sender number and transaction ID, our team verifies the payment and credits your wallet. Pending deposits are visible in your wallet history.
If an order is canceled or fails, the full charge is refunded to your wallet automatically. If it completes only partially, the undelivered portion is refunded proportionally.
Your wallet is held in BDT. You can display prices in BDT, USD, EUR, INR, GBP, AED or SAR. Conversions use the exchange rate configured by the platform at the time of each transaction.
Some services include a refill option. When a service supports refill, a Refill button appears on the completed order.
Open a support ticket from your dashboard. You will be notified by email and in-app when our team replies.
